“The Healing Power of ART: Resilience 2022” online exhibition is exactly what the world needs now! The word resilience originates from the Latin word “resalire” which means “springing back”. “The Healing Power of ART: Resiience 2022” exhibits many different artistic interpretations of resilience in the human experience as well as in world of nature in a variety of styles and mediums. Artistic expressions convey boldness, courage, perseverance, determination, stamina, endurance, spiritedness, and more.
Benefits for Viewers: The exhibition offers viewers exposure to the best and most uplifting art related to this theme. The goal is to provide much needed emotional support, healing, hope and courage.
The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS does not engage into any art sales nor do we collect any commissions. We encourage visitors to contact the artists directly and purchase their art from them. You will find a link to the artist’s website with their artwork in the exhibition.

In addition to be considered for the exhibition artists will also be considered to be featured in articles and interviews on this website and our parent website Manhattan Arts International.
Curator: Renee Phillips, Founder of The Healing Power of ART & ARTISTS and Founder/Director of Manhattan Arts International. She will consult with professional art associates as needed.
Selection Process: The finalists will be selected from the artists’ JPEG entries and their artist’s statement using the online entry form. Visits to their websites will be conducted to view their overall body of work and professional experiences.
Entry Requirements for Artists
* Artists must be 18 years or older.
* Artists must have their own art website or art blog.
* Artists must be the original creators of the artwork.
* Submissions via JPEG entries: 800 pixels wide or high and cropped properly. Size of JPEG file no larger than 1 MB. If you don’t know how to resize your JPEG this article shows you how: Resize A JPEG
* We do not accept installation art, AI-generated art, videos or graphic erotic art.
* Artist’s Statement: Explain your inspiration for creating art to express the healing power of resilience to the viewer. If your art is selected your statement will also be published. Submit 80 words maximum.

* Non-refundable entry fee via PayPal: $25 for 1-2 entries; $10 each additional entry
